Summary:
This position reports to the Associate Manager, Supply Planning/Deployment Lead and supports the North America team in achieving excellence through effective deployment planning and vehicle sizing. The primary responsibility is to ensure products are positioned in the optimal locations within our supply chain, warehouse, and distribution network, at the right time and with cost efficiency in mind. Key tasks include managing the DRP batch job and initiating stock transfers for buffer inventory using SAP and Kinaxis systems.
Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with supply planners and other cross-functional teams to conduct extensive data analysis, enabling rapid and informed responses to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment at Lifestyle Brands.
• The role requires on-site work in an office setting, Monday through Friday, for eight hours each day.

- Oversee inventory distribution across the warehouse and distribution network, considering network constraints such as transportation and labor capacity, while maximizing service levels.
- Manage distribution and vehicle load optimization for both finished and non-finished goods.
- Monitor key performance metrics and service levels, conduct root cause analysis; implement recommended actions for performance improvement.
- Support the Deployment Team Lead in weekly short-term planning (S&OE), monthly manufacturing capacity planning (Step
3), and warehouse utilization planning (Step 3.5) meetings to drive continuous improvement across all key metrics. - Collaborate with supply planners to develop and apply supply chain analytical models that identify potential risk areas within the network, such as past due orders and future out-of-stock risks.
- Maintain master data ownership and compliance, including part source and material status updates.
- Perform data analysis to support process improvement and risk mitigation within the functional group.
- Execute ad hoc data analysis assignments to address evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment at Lifestyle Brands.
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; military experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements, with a minimum of three years’ experience in supply chain and cross-functional environments.
- Experience with ERP planning modules such as SAP or Oracle, and Kinaxis.
- Advanced proficiency in PC-based applications, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
Competencies:
- Preferred:
Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry; APICS certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM); proficiency in Microsoft Excel VBA, Power Query, Power BI, Teradata, Tableau, and Visio. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
