The Supply Chain Associate is an individual who will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and receiving tasks within the company's Supply Chain Management department.

Responsibilities
  • Support warehouse and supply chain operations.
  • Manage and track inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Oversee third-party warehousing for production materials and surplus assets.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for inventory management software, including POMS net and Net Suite.
  • Prepare materials for shipment, including wrapping packages and organizing deliveries and pickups.
  • Assist Quality Assurance in releasing materials by ensuring proper documentation is handled.
  • Conduct inventory transactions in the system, entering new quantities and removing items during shipping processes. Support cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks such as filing documents, handling customer service inquiries, investigating transportation claims, managing surplus disposal, and maintaining records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all company policies and standards.
    • Experience & Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role, preferably in the Pharma/Bio Pharma industry.
  • Experience in a GMP environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP, MRP, MES, and inventory management systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in using word processing, spreadsheet, and data management software.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in sourcing and vendor management are beneficial.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and some travel may be required.
