LHH is partnering with our client’s corporate legal department to hire an experienced Corporate Paralegal
. This role provides critical support across a wide range of legal matters, with a strong focus on corporate governance, entity management, and regulatory compliance
. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Draft, prepare, and maintain corporate governance documents including resolutions, minutes, consents, organizational documents, and regulatory filings.
- Support attorneys with corporate secretarial functions
, corporate recordkeeping, and entity compliance tracking. - Manage the legal department calendar
, key deadlines, and corporate events. - Assist with insurance filings
, documentation gathering, and record maintenance. - Support SEC filings and help prepare related materials, data, and documentation.
- Provide general legal support as needed, including special projects.
- Maintain corporate databases, compliance materials, and document organization.
- Participate in virtual meetings and support document preparation across Microsoft 365 and other business software.
- 5–7 years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally in-house or within a regulated industry.
- Strong background in corporate governance and entity management.
- Experience preparing board materials, resolutions, minutes, and regulatory documents.
- Insurance industry or regulated‑industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
, Teams or Zoom, and common business software. - Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work professionally across all levels of an organization.
