We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years experience to join our firm and assist our attorneys in all phases of litigation.

• case tracking/managing/organizing
• preparing pleadings
• document indexing and review
• legal research
• calendaring
• deposition summarizing
• medical record requests and summaries
• Medicare querying and reporting
• court filings

• strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• excellent written and verbal skills
• legal calendaring experience
• ability to work independently, but also a team player

• 3 or more years paralegal experience
• Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Lexis Nexis

$50,000 - $75,000. Salary commensurate with experience

May consider salary outside this range for exceptional candidates
