• Diverse Responsibilities & Broad Case Exposure
  :
  As a Litigation Associate, you will be at the forefront of our litigation practice. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
• Conduct legal research:
  Delve into case law, statutes, and regulations to craft compelling legal arguments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs:
  You’ll be responsible for creating persuasive legal documents, from complaints to dispositive motions, tailored to each case’s needs.
• Engage in discovery:
  Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions, as well as conducting depositions and witness interviews.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings:
  Appear before judges in state and federal courts, advocating for clients in pretrial motions, hearings, and settlement conferences.
• Client interactions:
  Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, explain complex legal concepts, and advise them on litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses:
  Work closely with experts to gather technical evidence, prepare reports, and ensure their testimony strengthens the case.
• Trial preparation:
  Assist with trial strategy, including organizing exhibits, drafting trial briefs, prepping witnesses, and attending trial as a critical member of the litigation team.
