Immigration Paralegal

Overview

Aparicio Immigration Law is a fast-growing boutique immigration law firm located in Chicago’s West Loop. We are looking to add abilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to join our team.

• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish (phone, email, and in-person)
• Assist attorneys with court and litigation preparation
• Prepare and assemble USCIS applications and supporting evidence
• Manage calendaring, deadlines, and case follow-up
• Handle telephonic and written correspondence
• Support additional office and case-related responsibilities as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience preferred
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certification(s) preferred
• Enthusiasm and passion for immigration law and client service

• Competitive salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)
