Ancel Glink, P.C. is looking to add a part‑time or full‑time Workers Compensation Attorney to the team. The attorney will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks providing legal representation and counsel to companies, municipalities and local governments in the defense of workers’ compensation and occupational disease claims.
Position Responsibilities- Organize and maintain case files from claim inception through appeals.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities under the Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Diseases Acts.
- Draft necessary documents and prepare for and attend hearings before the IWCC and Courts.
- Manage timely communication with clients.
- 2‑3 years of prior experience in workers compensation or defense.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay scale: $80,000 - $110,000
