Requirements- 10+ years of sophisticated, complex commercial litigation with a nationally recognized law practice.
- Exceptional academic credentials.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills including mentoring, consensus building and strategic vision.
- In-house (GC, AGC) experience and extensive working knowledge of alternative fee arrangements preferred.
The Managing Partner will drive strategic and tactical planning for the firm, oversee finance and operations, participate in key client development and marketing and manage associates and staff.
