About the Position: Our client, a global Am Law 50 firm, has an active need for a commercial litigator to join its stellar practice as a mid-level associate in Chicago. This firm’s highly-regarded litigation practice consists of over 800 attorneys and represents a diverse client base, including national and multinational corporations, accounting firms, investment banks, advertising agencies, architectural firms, and artists.

• Manage litigation from preliminary investigation to trial preparation, including drafting non-form discovery and dispositive motions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and briefs
• Appear before state and federal courts

• 3-4 years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Large law firm experience preferred
• Strong writing and research skills
• Top academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this is $250,000 – $275,000.
