Experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client, a well-regarded, mid-sized, full-service Chicago law firm, for a commercial real estate associate with 3 to 5 years experience. Candidates must be enthusiastic, energetic, and have extensive experience working on a wide range of real estate transactions including purchases and sales of real property, financing, and leasing. Real estate development experience is required.

Examples of desirable additional experience include work on the structure and planning of developments, construction financing, municipal entitlements and financing, community development, and/or construction contracting. The successful candidate will have impressive educational and work experience and preferably come from a large or mid-sized firm with a diverse real estate practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a close-knit group of experienced practitioners who work in a team-centered, collegial environment on large, complex developments of residential, commercial, and industrial parcels, including redevelopment projects, for highly sophisticated, experienced clientele.
