Banking Associate Attorney

Our client, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States, has an immediate need for an experienced Banking Associate Attorney to join our team in Chicago.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in debt finance, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents.
• UCC experience and general corporate experience.
• High academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.
