Role: Immigration Attorney at well known law firm
Location: Chicago, Hybrid
Opportunity to join a stellar law firm with a growing immigration team.
Requirements:
- Seeking 1 to 3 years of experience in Immigration Law.
- Business Immigration focus. Employer sponsored visa petitions, including more complex NIV and IV petitions, RFE responses, and motions.
- Must be barred in Chicago or able to waive in. Firm will help with relocation.

Compensation: $140k-$155k
