Salary $210,000 - $260,000 per year

Experience Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits and/or executive compensation law. Will accept an associate or counsel level
Skills- Strong understanding of ERISA, tax rules, and related regulations.
- Ability to draft and review plan documents, executive agreements, and compliance materials.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service.
