Intake Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of potential cases through phone consultations.
• Research and evaluate cases with a strong business acumen, identifying viable claims and potential legal issues efficiently.
• Build rapport with callers, providing reassurance and support throughout the intake process.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications and case evaluations.
• Utilize legal software to document case information accurately.

• Prior experience as a legal assistant and/or paralegal, specifically in plaintiff's personal injury or workers' compensation.
• Proven ability to assess cases from both a legal and business perspective.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Salary range: $45,000 to $65,000 per year. However, it is very common for our Intake Specialists to make $66,000 to $75,000 due to our incentives, overtime, and other benefits.
