A leading professional services firm in Illinois is seeking an Associate Counsel Attorney who will specialize in licensing and technology agreements. This role requires a Juris Doctor degree and 5-12 years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate various technology-related contracts while supporting teams on legal matters. A hybrid work environment is offered, with in-office presence expected about 3 days a week.

Competitive salary between $150,000 and $250,000, plus additional benefits.
