About the RoleYou will handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing matters. The position offers exposure to complex, multi-state projects and direct client contact from day one.
What We Are Looking For- Juris Doctor (JD)
- 3–6 years of commercial real estate or real estate finance experience, ideally at a law firm or in-house legal team
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and mortgage lending
- Ability to meet a billable requirement of 1,800 hours annually
- Attorneys coming from larger firms seeking a more balanced environment
- Boutique firm attorneys looking for access to larger clients and multi-practice support
- Collaborative and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
