Energy/Project Finance Associate (3-5 yrs) – Chamber-Ranked Practice of Am Law 50 Firm
About the Position: Our client, a top international law firm, has an active need for energy attorneys to join its Chicago office as associates. The attorneys in this nationally-ranked practice have led the negotiation and documentation of many multibillion‑dollar projects and have earned a reputation in the industry as strong advocates and go‑to energy project managers.

Responsibilities:
- Represent some of the largest and most innovative energy industry players with their most important energy related legal matters
- Assist sponsors and financing parties with the development, acquisition and financing of renewable energy projects
- Draft and negotiate term sheets, equity capital contribution agreements, partnership agreements, lease documents, related guarantees, estoppels, and other ancillary equity documents
Required Qualifications: >
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
