Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their Energy, Environmental and Infrastructure practice in Chicago, IL.
Estimated Annual Salary Range: $215,000 to $290,000
- Supportive team environment
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing complex energy and natural resources transactional work in a law firm setting.
- Experience with renewable energy transactional work and with financing transactions in the energy and natural resources sector.
- acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing transactions.
- Must be admitted or eligible for admission in Illinois.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
