About the Position: Our client, a global Am Law 100 Firm, has a new and active need for a corporate transactional lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate. This nationally recognized practice represents a sophisticated client base, including privately and publicly held companies, strategic acquirers, private equity funds, and family offices in a range of corporate transactional matters.

- 2+ years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A and/or private equity
- Experience practicing at a nationally recognized law firm
- Strong academic credentials
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
CompensationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $420,000.
