Overview
Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 7 years of labor and employment law experience to join the Chicago office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and significant litigation experience, including managing single plaintiff employment litigation, litigating wage and hour class/collective matters, performing internal investigations, providing day-to-day advice and counsel on employment law issues, and handling arbitrations.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Illinois. Pursuant to Illinois regulation, the salary range for this position is $285,000 to $300,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. We offer generous compensation and benefits packages.
