Litigation Attorney

Overview

Amundsen Davis seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Chicago office. The ideal candidate is licensed in Illinois and has at least four years of civil litigation experience in a law firm.

• Represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including oral and written discovery, and active motion and trial practice in both state and federal court.
• Draft pleadings and respond to written discovery, conduct depositions, communicate with clients, and prepare case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action.

• Licensed in Illinois with at least four years of civil litigation experience in a law firm.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills, solid analytical and writing abilities, and the ability to work well on a team.

The annual base salary range anticipated for this position in Illinois is $140,000-$175,000, depending upon experience. This salary range excludes available bonus opportunities. A listing of our benefits can be found here:
