Base Pay Range$/yr – $/yr
Position DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and driven Labor & Employment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience advising on employment law matters, handling workplace disputes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Preferred Experience- Knowledge of employment and labor laws including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and relevant state laws.
- Experience litigating single‑plaintiff employment discrimination cases before administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, IDHR) and in federal/state courts.
- Proficiency in drafting employment‑related documents such as agreements, handbooks, and separation packages.
- Willingness to support M&A transactions as a labor and employment specialist.
- Experience with labor/collective bargaining or class/collective actions is a plus.
- Active Illinois law license.
