About the Position:
Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, has an active need for an executive compensation and employee benefits lawyer (3-5 yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. This premier practice has a global reach and provides a dynamic platform for advising on complex and high-profile executive compensation and employee benefits matters.

Responsibilities:
- Handle sophisticated executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including advising on EC/EB issues involving M&A transactions
- Draft and design executive employment, nonqualified deferred compensation, and equity compensation plans and agreements
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of executive compensation and employee benefits law experience
- Strong academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $210,000 – $435,000.
