Corporate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Chicago with pay starting ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be able to provide strategic legal advice to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on various corporate matters
- Draft and review legal documents
- Participate in negotiations and deal structuring

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
