Philadelphia Products Liability Staff Attorney

Duane Morris LLP seeks a litigation staff attorney to join its products liability team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-7 years of experience in products liability (toxic tort) and/or mass tort defense. Trial experience is preferred but not required, as candidates will have opportunities to participate in trials. Candidate must have strong writing skills and the ability to manage an active docket.

Strong organizational skills, research and writing skills required along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred. PA/NJ Bar admission preferred.

This is an off-track partnership position. The target annual pay range for this role in Philadelphia is $155,000-$185,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill‑set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total compensation package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
