Responsibilities
- Handle and manage legal cases in line with company procedures and guidelines
- Review insurance policies, analyze liability, assess claim amounts, and evaluate supporting evidence
- Escalate complex or high-value cases for management review and approval
- Set and review case reserves based on updated case information
- Ensure proper documentation and effective control across the entire claims process
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational ability
- Prior legal experience not required- full training and guidance will be provided
- Immediate availability preferred
