Overview

Our client, a dynamic law firm in Chicago, has an active need for a real estate lawyer with 4+ years of broad-based real estate experience to join its practice. This firm’s real estate practice focuses on transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for offices, retail, industrial, and other commercial real estate. The person in this role will handle a range of real estate transactions, including retail leasing for a fast-growing client with a significant number of shopping centers located throughout the country.

• Represent clients with retail leasing transactions
• Draft and negotiate contracts for acquisitions, dispositions, site assemblages, leases, and all related financing and ancillary documentation
• Handle real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings

• 4+ or more years of broad-based real estate transactional experience
• Strong experience with retail leasing preferred

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000+.
