Overview

Within this role, associates will work on high-profile matters, including company-side and buy-side representations (such as 363 sales and plan sponsorship's), liability management transactions, and lender/creditor engagements. The role offers exposure to complex, market-shaping deals and the chance to contribute to every stage of significant restructuring matters.

This is an exceptional opportunity for lateral candidates (class of 2018–2022) with strong experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Strong analytical, drafting, and client-facing skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sophisticated legal environment.
