Paralegal Opportunity in Chicago
If you thrive on organization, accuracy, and problem‑solving, this Paralegal opportunity in Chicago is a great fit. In this role, you’ll work directly with our client’s General Counsel to prepare essential legal documents, conduct actionable legal research, and keep key matters moving efficiently.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories
- File pleadings and motions in accordance with established court procedures
- Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, and judicial decisions; prepare written summaries as needed
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve case materials such as evidence, exhibits, depositions, and pleadings
- Assist with legal projects and perform additional duties as assigned
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Paralegal certificate
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, research methods, and court processes
- Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
$70,000 – $110,000
, depending on experience.
