Labor & Employment Associate (2-4 yrs) – Am Law 200 Firm
About the Position: Our client, a full-service, values-driven national law firm is seeking a labor and employment attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. The firm’s employment practice represents employers in counseling and litigation of matters involving discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and breach of contract, including class and collective actions. This Am Law firm boasts an amazing combination of a national footprint while still maintaining a familial and welcoming culture.

Responsibilities:
- Represent employers in a range of workplace issues and disputes
- Assist clients with complex compliance protocols
- Draft and revise workplace handbooks and policies to address new and developing legal requirements
- Draft a variety of agreements, including employment letters, notices, and separation agreements
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of employment litigation and counseling experience
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $205,000 – $225,000.
