Key Responsibilities:
- Support 3–4 attorneys in commercial litigation.
- Prepare and e‑file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in Federal and Circuit Courts.
- Manage calendars, court dates, and deadlines in Outlook.
- Coordinate process servers, court reporters, and maintain organized case files.
- Draft correspondence, transcribe briefs, and assist with new matter openings.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in e‑filling and familiarity with county clerk systems.
- Strong knowledge of trial prep, briefs, and court rules.
- Advanced tech skills:
Microsoft Word 365, Outlook, PDF tools; typing 70–80 wpm. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, legal billing systems, document management (Net Documents), and videoconferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
