Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys with a high‑volume caseload. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking ownership of cases, and is comfortable adapting to shifting priorities. The firm is growing and looking for someone who wants to invest long‑term in their career.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with day‑to‑day management of personal injury litigation matters
- Conduct client communications, including initial intake coordination and follow‑ups
- Review, organize, and summarize medical records and billing documentation
- Draft correspondence and assist with pleadings, motions, and other legal filings
- Prepare and file court documents in compliance with deadlines and procedures
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys
- Support trial preparation and discovery processes
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal within personal injury law
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with attorneys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Spanish‑speaking skills are a plus, but not required
