Antitrust Litigation Associate – Am Law 50 Firm. Our client, one of the largest law firms in the world, has a new and active need for an antitrust litigator (5+ yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. This firm’s Antitrust practice delivers high-stakes antitrust counseling, compliance, litigation, merger control, and competition-risk management on a global platform.

• Represent companies in merger clearance proceedings and in civil antitrust litigation and criminal antitrust investigations
• Conduct internal investigations for domestic and international corporations across a variety of industries
• Represent clients in federal and state courts with matters involving the Department of Justice and federal antitrust class actions, unfair competition and other restraints of trade

• 5+ years of experience with complex antitrust and competition litigation
• Strong academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $375,000 – $430,000.
