Trademark Associate Attorney Chicago
A top IP law firm's Chicago office is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for their Trademark practice group. This role offers a strong path for professional growth and the opportunity to work in a supportive firm culture.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in trademark law.
- Licensed in Illinois or eligible for the Illinois bar exam.
- Experience in trademark prosecution, infringement litigation, and enforcement.
- Familiarity with trademark searches, clearance opinions, and domain name disputes.
- Background in advertising, promotions, or copyright issues is a plus.
- Conduct trademark clearance searches and manage trademark portfolios.
- Handle trademark prosecution and enforcement matters.
- Advise clients on building and protecting trademark assets.
- Mentor junior associates and engage in business development efforts.
The anticipated base salary range is $,000 per year. Actual salary will depend on qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
