Our client, a leading global Am Law 50 firm, has an active need for a litigator with crypto/blockchain experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice represents the most prominent crypto companies in the world and leads cutting-edge crypto litigation, represents crypto creditors’ committees and debtors in bankruptcy, and guides start-ups breaking into the industry.

- Represent clients with crypto and blockchain-related legal matters, including defending government investigations, pursuing crypto litigation, obtaining money transmitter and other state licenses, and advising on initial coin offerings
- Handle discovery, motions, expert opinions, and trial work for crypto litigation matters
- 2-6 years of litigation experience and strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain
- Experience in cryptocurrency-related litigation, products, regulatory advice, or government investigations preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
CompensationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
