About the Position: Our client, a boutique plaintiff’s litigation firm in Chicago, is seeking an experienced plaintiff’s personal injury attorney (4+ years) who is passionate about litigation, client advocacy, and achieving strong outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury matters (both pre-suit and in-suit) from start to finish
• Conduct client interviews, maintain regular communication, and provide updates on case progress
• Investigate accident and premises liability cases by collecting records, surveillance, site inspections, witness statements, and expert input to assess liability and damages
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, demand letters, settlement documents, and other legal documents
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of discovery and conduct and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and, occasionally, trials
• Negotiate settlements and medical liens

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of plaintiff’s personal injury experience
• Strong legal writing skills

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $170,000.
