Your Role as a Med Mal Litigation Associate

• Manage complex litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
• Assist in trial prep, including second‑chair roles in high‑exposure cases.
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, manage discovery, and perform legal research.
• Prepare appellate briefs and argue in reviewing courts.
• Build client relationships and provide strategic advice.
• Collaborate with top‑tier attorneys across Chicago and the Midwest.
