Associate - Commercial Litigation (Chicago)

McDonald Hopkins LLC is seeking an associate attorney to join our dynamic and collaborative Litigation Department in the Chicago office.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of meaningful experience in complex commercial litigation, including strong brief writing, motion practice, and discovery management skills. We’re looking for someone with outstanding academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing ability, and a drive to deliver strategic, results-oriented advocacy.

You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys across our national platform, gaining hands-on experience and client exposure in a supportive environment that values initiative, collaboration, and professional growth.
