• Draft and review construction contracts, lien waivers, and related documents
• Assist with compliance and regulatory filings
• Maintain organized case files and project documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and vendors
• Conduct legal research on construction law matters

• 3+ years of paralegal experience (construction litigation defense preferred)
• Strong knowledge of contracts, lien laws, and litigation processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience

• Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
