Job Description

Established mid-sized law firm seeks a motivated Paralegal to work with our General Liability and Insurance Defense Attorneys.

The candidate will have a minimum of:

• Three years of law firm experience working with general discovery, depositions, and medical abstracting.
• Typing speed of at least 60 wpm.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to compile and prepare draft discovery responses.
• Prior medical abstracting and summarizing experience.
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with insurance defense matters.
