Personal Injury Trial Attorney - Chicago, IL (Onsite)

I am partnering with a nationally recognized law firm with a strong track record of success, to add a Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to their Chicago office. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator to take on high-stakes cases and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and bad faith claims
• Drive case strategy and manage all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution
• Oversee depositions, mediations, and trials as lead counsel
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support professionals
• Support business development and client relationship efforts
• Base Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 + percentage of attorney fees
• Retirement: 401(k) with employer match

• First-chair trials in personal injury litigation
• Demonstrated success with high-stakes personal injury matters
