Overview
RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm who specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and are seeking Associate Attorneys to work in their Chicago office (HYBRID schedule - 2 days WFH/week).
This position involves drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to take on a heavy workload. It offers broad responsibilities and exposure to consumer protection issues, including transactional and civil litigation matters.
Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Assist with drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda.
- Support a heavy workload across consumer protection, transactional and civil litigation matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and management as needed.
- Must be currently admitted to practice law in ILLINOIS (multi-state admission is a big PLUS).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and employees at all levels.
- Strong legal research skills; proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus.
- $80,000 - $90,000 base salary (DOE).
