Bilingual; English​/Spanish Unpaid Internship — Chicago

Time Commitment:
Approximately 5–10 hours per week

This role is intentionally structured to be light and flexible, making it ideal for full-time students balancing coursework, family responsibilities, or other part-time work.

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) intern who wants meaningful creative ownership inside a growing startup. This is not a task-only position — you will help shape how our brand communicates with bilingual communities.

We especially welcome applications from students who have grown up navigating two languages or cultures and understand firsthand the nuances of bilingual communication. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Curate and manage bilingual social media content
• Help define themes and messaging that reflect compassion, clarity, and cultural authenticity
• Work directly with our graphic designer to conceptualize and produce impactful artwork for outreach campaigns
• Contribute ideas for visual storytelling that resonates with bilingual households
• Assist with reviewing Spanish-language messaging for tone and clarity
• Support community engagement efforts in Chicago

• Help shape the emotional voice of the brand
• Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions
• Provide input on culturally relevant messaging
• Collaborate on artwork that represents bilingual families with respect and authenticity

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong written communication skills
• Interest in marketing, branding, design, or community engagement
• Ability to work independently in a flexible structure
