• Remain composed and manage emotions professionally in challenging situations.
• Adhere to all regulations in confidentiality, ethical guidelines and professionalism

• Support local community development by facilitating communication, breaking down language barriers, and helping people from different backgrounds understand each other.
• Working in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Native proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong interpretation skills: the ability to accurately convey spoken language without omissions, additions, or distortions.
• Cross-Cultural awareness:

• Flexibility to adapt to various subject matters, industries, and situations during interpretation.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Training and certification in interpretation are a plus.
• Knowledge in specific fields such as medical, education, and financial terminology are a plus.
• Maintaining a professional workplace appearance.
• Minimum passing grade on interpretation tests.
