Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Chicago, IL. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service jobs, communicating with clients and team members, managing service schedules, and ensuring quality control. Additional tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing status updates, and maintaining records. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
