Submissions Associate

The Submissions Associate is an entry-level member of the Underwriting Services Team responsible for accurately reviewing and entering submission data across all lines of business. This role supports efficient workflow processing and ensures all required documents are complete and submitted to underwriting in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.

• Prepare submissions for new and renewal business in line with underwriting requirements within time standards
• Ensure that all supporting materials and any necessary documents are included with each submission workflow
• Monitor submission timelines and provide periodic updates to internal stakeholders regarding the status of submissions
• Assist in training new team members

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• Previous internship or experience in insurance, underwriting, or data entry preferred but not required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000
, complemented by eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
