As a Delivery Leader in our Management Consulting Studio, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic engagements and driving impactful outcomes for our clients. You will serve as a strategic advisor—partnering with executive stakeholders to shape and execute transformational initiatives across industries. This individual will lead multidisciplinary teams, steward client relationships, and bring structure and clarity to complex business challenges.

You are a trusted advisor with the ability to understand client needs, guide delivery teams, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. This is a strategic role that requires both business acumen and delivery excellence.

• Serve as a strategic advisor and delivery owner for key client initiatives—shaping vision, approach, and execution plans
• Lead cross-functional project teams in the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders
• Guide clients through planning efforts such as business case development, road mapping, and operating model design
• Bring structure to ambiguity—developing frameworks, playbooks, and approaches tailored to each client’s goals
• Monitor project health across delivery, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction, and proactively mitigate risk
• Mentor and develop consulting talent within the Planning & Delivery discipline and across Launch
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development efforts including scoping, proposals, and solution design
• Contribute to Launch’s thought leadership by helping evolve our consulting methodologies and point of view.

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or program leadership roles
• Proven track record of owning client delivery and driving strategic outcomes at the executive level
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technical domains
• Expertise in project planning, organizational change, and delivering high-visibility enterprise initiatives
• Understanding of software delivery methodology, data platforms, and Agentic AI
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to influence and guide executive stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity with structure and confidence
• AI champion – ability to implement AI in day-to-day work
• Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles, ideally within a consulting firm or high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

The anticipated wage range for this role is $150,000–$170,000.
