- 12+ years of experience as a Hyperion Administrator and L2/L3 Support in EPM PBCS/EPBCS
- Work on tickets / queries raised by users
- Resolve / data fix - transactions.
- Bug-fix in the existing code base as prioritized by the customer
- On-Prem Hyperion Administration skills:
- Stop and Start of services
- Patching
- Debugging issues in HFM, DRM, Essbase
- Certificate (SSL, Ldap etc) renewals
- Experience in Forms & Reports design, Business Rules, Data Management, Smart View, RestAPI
- Working knowledge of Power Shell or Groovy scripting
- Good to have experience in FCCS, ARCS and EDM
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
- Hybrid work model: minimum 2 days a week from customer office in Chicago
