D365 Supply Chain Analyst

This role sits right at the heart of a large scale internal digital transformation, driving supply chain process improvements, gathering business requirements, and supporting configuration, testing, and deployments within D365 Finance and Operations for a leading manufacturing end user!

This position will allow long term progression into Senior roles, you'll work closely with supply chain stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective solutions, while supporting ongoing improvements and innovation within the D365 Supply Chain Management environment.

Candidates should have experience working with the following tools within the D365 ecosystem:

• Azure Dev Ops, issue tracking, troubleshooting, and enhancement management
• Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services, environment monitoring, health metrics, and performance troubleshooting
• Batch job creation, monitoring, and performance tuning within D365
• Supporting ERP enhancements including requirements gathering, gap/fit analysis, and functional documentation (BRD/FDD)

Experience with the following areas in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management is highly desirable:

• Intercompany order management and planning
• Master Planning / Planning Optimization troubleshooting
• Demand forecasting and baseline forecast generation
• Landed Cost module (Goods in Transit, voyage configuration, tracking control center)

• Partner with supply chain stakeholders to gather and document business requirements aligned with operational goals
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand evolving needs and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of supply chain functionality within D365
• Provide day-to-day support to users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving functional questions
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using D365 capabilities and Power Platform tools
• Participate in system upgrades, monthly updates, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Create and maintain functional documentation including system configurations and process guides
• Stay current with new D365 SCM features and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Minimum 2+ years experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to create and interpret technical and functional documentation
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
