We are looking for a Systems Integration Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of operational systems within a fast-paced logistics and fulfillment environment. This role focuses on connecting business requirements with technical solutions by designing efficient workflows across warehouse, order processing, and transportation platforms. The position works closely with operations, technology teams, and external partners to ensure smooth system implementations and ongoing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Support the integration of operational systems used for order processing, inventory, and shipping
- Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and operational workflows
- Collaborate with technical teams to assist with data exchanges, system connections, and testing activities
- Map and document operational processes across the fulfillment lifecycle
- Assist with system implementation activities including testing, validation, and deployment support
- Work with internal teams to troubleshoot integration or process-related issues
- Develop documentation such as process guides, workflow diagrams, and training materials
- Identify improvement opportunities within operational processes and system usage
- Experience working in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or fulfillment environments
- Ability to analyze operational processes and translate them into system-driven solutions
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Exposure to warehouse, order management, transportation, or ERP platforms
- Familiarity with system integrations, data exchanges, APIs, or EDI concepts
- Experience supporting system implementations or operational technology projects
- Background in supply chain, information systems, or related fields
